My name is Janet and I am the face behind the scenes of Lily Bruce. I started sewing for my young son during lockdown in 2020 and I have been sewing for my family and friends ever since. On my 39th birthday I decided to take the plunge and Lily Bruce was launched!
At Lily Bruce, we create handmade, one-of-a-kind garments with a focus on comfort, quality, and effortless style. Every piece is carefully crafted in Surrey using premium materials sourced from small businesses in the UK. Our launch range is predominantly childrenswear, but we aim to be able to cater to the needs of the whole family.
Our garments are made from high-quality Oeko-Tex certified cotton fabrics, sourced from small businesses in the UK. Each item is individually cut, machine-sewn and hand-finished by myself. This handmade approach gives the flexibility to adjust patterns to ensure the best fit. If you want to discuss this further, please get in touch.
Lily Bruce launched in Autumn 2025 with the Winter 25 range. This was our test of the market, focussing on festive designs for the whole family. We have now honed our focus and we are very excited to launch our Spring/Summer 26 range.
SS26: This will include leggings, dresses, t-shirts, and matching shorts/vest sets. With our goal to offer unique designs not found on the high-street, this vibrant range aims to meet the needs of all children. We will be bringing this range to several craft fairs across Surrey - keep an eye on our Instagram posts to find out when!
