Returns cannot be accepted for made-to-order products unless there is a fault with the order.

For faulty items: To arrange a return or an exchange please contact us at lilybrucehandcrafted@gmail.com quoting your order number within 5 days of delivery. Refunds are subject to the return of the item in the original (unworn and unwashed) condition. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
