Returns cannot be accepted for made-to-order products unless there is a fault with the order.

For faulty items: To arrange a return or an exchange please contact us at lilybrucehandcrafted@gmail.com quoting your order number within 5 days of delivery. Refunds are subject to the return of the item in the original (unworn and unwashed) condition. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Please note postage costs will not be refunded. 

All items are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services.

As all items are handmade to order, turnaround time is estimated as 3-4 weeks. In most cases, your order will be dispatched sooner than this. If you require your items to be dispatched by a specific date, we will try to accommodate this. Contact us at lilybrucehandcrafted@gmail.com with details.
